You may book appointments via text or online by pressing the button above. If you are a returning client, you may skip the consultation process as we are familiar with your hair history!

• Please, be sure to read the "New clients" prompt if you are reaching out to DC for the first time.

Schedule changes (strictly via text) and appointments via text will be answered Monday-Friday at 8AM-6PM. We may take from 6-12hrs to get back to your request.

Should you reach us at any other time, we'll get back to you the next business day.

• We advise arrival 5 minutes before your appointment so we can make proper use of your reserved time slot.
• If you show up excessively late, you will be asked to reschedule and make payment in advance.
• In case of cancellation, be sure to contact 24hrs before your appointment.
• If you cancel last minute or don't show up, you will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee.

When booking online: If you are a new client booking online for services that require consultation, please, only book a consultation service at first! That way, we will be able to discuss what plan is best for you prior to booking an appointment.

When texting: Please, include the following information in your initial text:

- Full name

- Current hair pictures, coloring history (if any), goals/reference pictures.

- Availability
